How to Join SSP PTA?

  1. Fill Out the Membership Form: Complete the PTA membership form available here.

  2. Pay your monthly membership fees: Two membership options available.

  3. Attend Meetings: Join our regular PTA meetings to stay updated on school events, initiatives, and volunteer opportunities.

  4. Volunteer: Participate in various school activities and events. Your involvement, no matter how big or small, makes a difference.

  5. Stay Informed: Subscribe and read our newsletters and check our website regularly for updates and important information.

Are you interested in taking a more active role in your child's classroom? Consider becoming a Room Parent! Room Parents assist teachers with classroom activities, organize events, and communicate with other parents to ensure everyone is informed and involved.

What Does It Mean to be a Room Parent?

  1. Support Classroom Activities: Assist the teacher with organizing and running classroom events and activities.

  2. Facilitate Communication: Serve as a liaison between the teacher and parents, ensuring that important information is communicated effectively.

  3. Organize Events: Plan and coordinate special events, parties, and celebrations in the classroom.

  4. Encourage Participation: Motivate other parents to get involved and support classroom and school-wide initiatives.

  5. Be a Role Model: Demonstrate a positive attitude and a cooperative spirit, fostering a sense of community among parents and teachers.
